Upper Bayang Cultural & Development Association (UPBACDA)
To promote, showcase, and foster the spirit of collaboration, unity and integrity amongst our members and the surrounding community in which we live. This will be through the organization of socio-cultural and educative activities such as annual cultural events, networking seminars, and outreach to newcomers in our community.
To connect with other black led associations, helping our community members to understand and quickly integrate into the Canadian society.
We believe in education through culturally led activities. Our culturally led activities reflect how tradition and culture could positively change the mindset and attitude of members of our community. Our core values are integrity, diversity, integration, transformation, and equality.
